Terms and Conditions for Rap Freestyle Application

  1. Application Fee: To apply for the rap freestyle series, a non-refundable fee of £150 is required at the time of application. This fee covers a one-hour studio session, a complimentary beat (if needed), mixing and mastering services, and a music video with upload and distribution, including a release plan by Movinloud Records.

  2. Music Video and Release: The music video produced will be uploaded exclusively to the Movinloud YouTube channel. The song will be distributed under the artist’s existing streaming platform profiles. Once the release date is agreed upon, it cannot be changed after one month prior to the release date.

  3. Payment: Payment must be completed upon application submission for the application to be considered valid. Applications without completed payment will not be processed.

  4. Acceptance of Applications: Movinloud Records reserves the right to accept or refuse applications at its discretion. If an application is declined, a full refund will be issued to the original payment account within 14 business days.

  5. Studio Session: The one-hour studio session will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

  6. Video Shoot Appointment: The video shoot will be scheduled following the completion of the studio session. Artists must be available on the agreed date and time. Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

  7. Intellectual Property: The publishing rights of the song will remain with the artist, while the master recording and motion pictures produced during the session will remain the property of Movinloud Records.

  8. Liability: Movinloud Records is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the application or the services provided. All services are provided "as is."

  9. Changes to Terms: Movinloud Records reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
