Welcome to our studio rules page. To keep the creative juices flowing and maintain a safe and respectful environment, we've established some guidelines for all members to follow. NO WALK INS ACCEPTED - BOOKINGS ONLY
For the comfort and convenience of our clients, we offer sessions by appointment only. Please note that we do not accept walk-ins at this time.
BE PUNCTUAL
We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are unable to make it within the first 15 minutes of your appointment, it will be considered a "No Show".
SAME DAY BOOKINGS REQUIRE MINIMUM 2 HOURS NOTICE
To better serve our clients, we require a minimum of 2 hours notice for same day bookings. This allows us to properly prepare for your session and ensure that everything is set up for your arrival.
ALL SESSIONS REQUIRE MINIMUM 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
To secure your booking, we require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit for all sessions. This is to ensure that our studio is properly reserved for your use and that our team is prepared to provide the best possible service.
ALL CASH PAYMENT TO BE MADE BEFORE SESSION START
For your convenience and to ensure a smooth session, we require all cash payments to be made in advance. This helps us to prepare for your session and to avoid any delays or distractions during your time with us.
UP TO 4 PEOPLE PER SESSION
To ensure a comfortable and productive session for all, we have a maximum limit of 4 people allowed in the studio during a session. This includes the artist and any accompanying guests or team members. This helps to ensure that there is enough space and resources for everyone, as well as to maintain a calm and focused environment.
MUSIC IS ENERGY AND VIBES. NO NEGATIVITY WILL BE TOLLERATED
At Movinloud, we believe that music is all about energy and good vibes. To maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere, we do not tolerate any negativity or disruptive behavior. We ask that all members and guests respect each other and our space, and approach each session with an open and collaborative mindset. We believe that by creating a supportive and respectful environment, we can all achieve our best work and unleash our creativity.
