How does the Beat Vault work?
Choose a subscription and get access to the Beat Vault. You can download and use eligible beats under the licence terms of your subscription.
How do I lease a beat I want to release?
When you decide to use a beat for a song, you must register the beat on the Song Registration page inside the Beat Vault while your subscription is active. This creates your licence for that song.
Can I release my song commercially?
Yes. Once you've registered the beat correctly, you can release your finished song commercially, subject to the licence terms of your subscription.
Are all Beat Vault licences the same?
No. Licence terms depend on your subscription plan. Different plans may have different usage, distribution, streaming and other limits. Always check your plan's licence terms before releasing.
Do I own the beat?
No. Beat Vault beats are licensed on a non-exclusive basis, meaning the same beat can be licensed to other artists. If you want exclusive rights to a beat, you must purchase an exclusive licence separately.
What happens if I cancel?
You can no longer register new beats after your subscription ends. Songs that were correctly registered while your subscription was active remain subject to the licence you received for them.
