Cancellation Policy
At Movinloud, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. To ensure the fair treatment of all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, a minimum of 12 hours notice is required before the start time of your scheduled booking to be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 12 hours notice, no refund will be provided. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
